What you will learn
  1. Trainees will develop a deep understanding of executive function difficulties commonly experienced by individuals with ADHD. They will explore how these challenges impact various aspects of daily life, such as time management, organization, planning, and decision-making.
  2. Trainees will acquire assessment tools and techniques to evaluate clients’ executive function skills. They will learn how to identify specific areas of strength and weakness, enabling them to tailor coaching strategies to individual needs.
  3. Trainees will learn and practice coaching techniques specifically designed to address executive function challenges in ADHD.
  4. They will gain expertise in helping clients develop practical strategies for improving time management, organization, planning, and decision-making skills.
  5. Trainees will focus on empowering clients to become self-sufficient in managing their executive function challenges.
  6. They will learn how to instil self-advocacy skills, goal-setting techniques, and effective problem-solving strategies to support clients in achieving long-term success.
