This group coaching program is designed specifically for parents who are raising at risk children or children with ADHD. The program focuses on providing support, education, and practical strategies to help parents manage their child’s ADHD symptoms, improve communication, reduce stress, and build a positive relationship with their child.
Format:
The program consists of weekly group coaching sessions that are conducted online via video conferencing. The sessions are facilitated by Dr. Huda Shaaban and are limited to a small group of parents to ensure personalized attention and support.
Topics covered:
The program covers a range of topics including understanding ADHD, effective communication strategies, behavior management, school support, self-care for parents, and building a positive parent-child relationship.
Duration:
Every level runs for 6 weeks, with each session lasting approximately 120 minutes.
