About Course

ADHD symptoms can interfere with your life at home, college, work, and even in social situations. Many people have to deal with it their entire lives, and it can be emotionally draining. You may feel ashamed or embarrassed because you function differently than others, or you may believe there is something wrong with you because you do not meet others’ expectations. The stress of hiding your ADHD can cause anxiety, depression, and stress. Trying to fit in with a neurotypical society that does not value different brains can be exhausting.
