  • Spend a few hours each week doing something that is important to you.

Week 3 Practice Mindfulness

  • Develop a Wellnesses- Focused Environment
  • Practice attention with intention and metacognition
  • Build frustration and stress tolerance.
  • Incorporate self-talk and self-care.

Week 4 Marital Relationships & Family Responsibilities

  • Set Boundaries
  • Get Rid of the Shame feelings for not being enough
  • Work on Life Balance

Week 5 Maintaining Motivation and Momentum
