Fees

Our fees vary depending on which health professional you are consulting with, and the services you are requesting. We have a variety of staff on the team and their fees are set relative to their qualifications and years of experience. Fees will be discussed with you at your initial enquiry to ensure you can make an informed decision before going ahead with booking an appointment or booking into one of our group coaching programs.

Booking and Payments

Bookings are available online via our website and differ depending on the specialist member and services you would like to book.

Once the appointment has been booked you will receive an email confirmation with a client form to fill and the appointment telehealth link- 

Failure to complete the form before your first appointment may mean the session cannot go ahead.

Check Our Fees

Rescheduling & Cancellation

When booking an initial consultation or Screening Interview, you will be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee to secure your booking.

 

Clients have the opportunity to cancel or reschedule an appointment with no penalty, provided we are given at least one full working day notice prior to the appointment time.

 

If you are contacting us to reschedule your appointment, this is treated in the same way as a cancellation if sufficient notice is not given. We will do our best to accommodate a rescheduled time if your clinician has any availability in that same week.
