Individual coaching helps to identify areas of improvement for maximum results, group coaching offers support, motivation, and accountability for greater success. With Dr. Huda Shaaban’s help, you can easily find the right balance.
DHS groups coaching are provided through five different tracks throughout which Kids, Teens and Adults with ADHD are addressed. In addition to programs that are tailored to meet the needs of Parents, Teachers, and Specialists.
Each track is divided into levels. Not everyone will need to go through all Levels, and in fact, most people go through one or two levels before discovering that the majority of their symptoms are fairly controllable. Following the initial consultation, or if you have already been diagnosed, many phases are advised and discussed as part of an initial appointment.
