About Course

Is your son/ daughter Refuses to do homework or says all the work was completed at school?

Do you see ongoing resistance to completing schoolwork?

Does he exhibit disorganization and memory struggles? Does he forget to complete routine chores and difficulty keeping his rooms clean? His backpack is totally disorganized with papers stuffed all over the place – even when you helped organize it the day before?

Week 3 Win the Homework Fight

  • Time management
  • Planning/ Prioritization
  • Learn Coping Strategies
  • Consistency

Week 4 Set Manageable Goals, Be their Co-Pilot.

  • Create SMART Goals
  • Develop Action Plans

Week 5 Help Them Concentrate

  • Overcome Distraction & Working Memory Deficit
  • Develop Motivation & Responsibility

Week 6 Community Invite a partner!

  • Discover how a community can help you moving through this challenging journey successfully.

What you will learn

  1.  Developing strategies to help your kid/teen develop organization skills at home and school.
  2. Developing strategies to enhance homework completion and follow-up strategies to complete homework.
  3. Building up targeted executive function struggles (Time management, Prioritization, concentration, working memory)
  4. Learning to recognize their triggers that lead to acting out and developing relaxation techniques to calm down and decrease impulsivity.
  5. Guided goal setting to motivate youth to follow through on strategies learned during coaching sessions.
