  • Change your unsolved problems into goals.
  • Recognize what is realistic.
  • Plan steps to meet your short-term goals.

Week 4 Incorporate Strategies to Meet Goals

  • Integrate executive functioning strategies to work towards goals!
  • Learn visualization and projection techniques.
  • Pre-plan for obstacles and barriers with counterstrategies.
  • Build your coping skills toolbox!

Week 5 Building Habits

  • Prevent and manage burnout!
  • Create persistence with new routines.
  • Replace unhealthy habits with healthier ones.
  • Develop motivation for long-term goals.

Week 6 Build Your Support Network

  • Discover how a community can help you move through this challenging journey successfully.
  • Produce social support from friends and family!
