About Course

Do you have trouble focusing, keeping yourself motivated, and managing your time?

You may find yourself struggling to pay attention to things that are boring or uninteresting while also fighting to divert your attention away from things that you truly enjoy.

You might have difficulty starting tasks on time or responding to texts and emails on time.

You may speak without thinking first, or you may have difficulty waiting in line or in traffic.

Perhaps you know someone who has been diagnosed with ADHD and believe that many of their symptoms are similar to your own.

Dr. Huda Shaaban offers Accountability Group Coaching for adults with ADHD that will help you make positive changes in your life and achieve greater success.

All it takes to start a transformation in your life is 180 minutes a week for six weeks.

120 min./ per week – Intensive coaching sessions.

30 – 60 minutes – Check with your Accountability Team- A supportive community of like-minded individuals who want to help you reach your potential. You will spend 30-to 60 min./ per week to discuss your progress and theirs.

Course Content

Week 1 Time Management

  • Yes, you can get past time blindness.
  • Find out how much time you actually spend on stuff.
  • Along with the other members of your Group Coaching, go on a time-management discovery journey.

Week 2 Planning / Prioritizing

 

  • Discover how to make long-term plans for your day, week, month, quarter, and a year.
  • Discover how to concentrate on the “ONE Thing” that will make everything else easier or unnecessary.
  • In the Group Coaching, we’ll spend time really planning. Also, you’ll receive a follow up from your Accountability team as well as during the coaching sessions.

Week 3 Goal Setting & Habit Tracking

  • Habit formation is difficult. The Group coaching will provide you with the support and guidance you need, while your Accountability team members will provide you with the extra support you need to reach your goals and develop better habits.

Week 4 Accountability/ Acceptance

  • This is more than just a productivity group. This coaching and Accountability group assists people in living more wholeheartedly and joyfully.
  • Acceptance is not the same as resignation! It is a decision to choose courage over numbness. It’s about abandoning productivity as a metric of self-worth. It all comes down to letting go of perfectionism. It’s about being healthy and knowing that you are enough.

Week 5 Transformation

  • When we step outside of our comfort zone, we experience growth.
  • This Group Coaching necessitates bravery, vulnerability, and a strong desire to grow. It also necessitates a weekly commitment of 3 hours.
  • This Group Coaching is challenging and not for everyone.

Week 6 Community

  • You will be joining a coaching community that is bigger than just the members of your group.
  • You will be able to engage with members from DHS Membership Community.
  • This Group Coaching is designed just for individuals who would like to transform their life. All members are interviewed to ensure a good fit.
