Welcome to our training course focused on productivity and stress relief for teens with ADHD.
This course has been thoughtfully designed to provide valuable guidance and practical techniques to help teenagers effectively manage their ADHD symptoms while enhancing productivity and reducing stress.

This program was created by Dr. Huda Shaaban, a professional Certified Coach and a Licensed Educational Psychologist who has more than 30 years of experience with children, teens, adults and families.
