The stress of schoolwork, exams, relationships, and social media can be extremely taxing on kids and teenagers. They navigate a maze of emotions on a daily basis. Stress is a normal emotion that people experience at various stages of their lives. Deep overwhelm and intense stress, on the other hand, can result in anxiety, panic attacks, anger tantrums and behavioural issues. This can make dealing with day-to-day challenges difficult.

What you will learn

  1. This course will teach you how the ADHD brain affects self-regulation and the role you may play in supporting them. The course will cover a variety of control tools and approaches that can be utilized at home and at school to help the ADHD child.
  2. Sometimes anxiety can be hard to spot in children because they don’t tell you, or don’t know how to tell you, that they are feeling anxious. This course will show you how to identify anxiety and how to help children identify their feelings.
  3. The course will present a number of simple techniques that can be used at home to help reduce anxiety in children with ADHD.
  4. Behaviour Management Group Coaching has advantages not only for your child, but also for you as parents! You can be free of power struggles and constant worries when you join this Group Coaching or book one-on-one coaching sessions.
  5. Behaviour Management Group coaching will assist you in understanding your kids and teen’s emotional barriers and challenges. And will teach you and your teen relaxation techniques to help you stay in control.
  6. DHS will walk you through simple, step-by-step strategies to help you find joy and confidence in parenting your child, especially if your child has ADHD.
